Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact. Products that show signs of usage, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return or refund. For safety and quality reasons, certain products may not qualify for returns; such details will be mentioned on the respective product pages.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. An unboxing video is required to validate return requests. Once the request is approved, return instructions will be shared. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our side.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product sent by us.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are provided only for products that are damaged or defective. If you receive such an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos and an unboxing video. After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
